24 Hours notice is required for appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. Clients who fail to show or call to cancel will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled appointment. All previous balances due to cancellations or no-shows are to be paid prior to your next appointment.
The above does not apply if Jacqueline cancels your appointment after accessing you and your medical history and finding that it would be unsafe for you to receive your scheduled Massage Therapy treatment.
Please allow at least 30 min. extra time for your session for paperwork and assessment of your Massage Therapy needs.
Payment is due at time services are rendered. All prices include tax. At this time Meditative Journeys LLC accepts cash, check, or credit card.
It is requested that you arrive on time to fill out any necessary paperwork to ensure you get your full session time. All appointments are for their scheduled times and may be cut short if you are running late out of respect to any clients who may have appointments after you. Depending upon how late you are, Jacqueline will determine whether there is sufficient time to start your session. If you are late for your appointment, regardless of the length of treatment you will be responsible for the full session.
All new clients must make their appointment via phone call. This is so that Jacqueline may understand and plan for your session to the best of her ability. And in certain cases where health issues may prevent your ability to safely have a Massage Therapy treatment your time can be saved with a simple screening on the phone to prevent the need for you to travel to the office. Your safety and well-being is always a top priority.
